Aims and Scope
This journal welcomes research articles, conceptual studies, and theoretical reviews with a focus on strategic management and business innovation, including corporate strategy, business development, digital transformation, and business model innovation. It also covers financial management and sharia-based investment, focusing on financial planning, risk management, Islamic banking, and sharia-compliant investments. Human resource management is another key area, encompassing competency development, performance management, and leadership from an Islamic perspective. The journal also encourages studies in entrepreneurship and the creative economy, especially related to start-ups, MSMEs, technopreneurs, and social entrepreneurship based on Islamic values. Marketing and Islamic consumer behavior are also within scope, including halal marketing strategies, Muslim consumer behavior, and Islamic branding. Business ethics and corporate social responsibility are addressed from the perspective of maqashid sharia and moral values rooted in Islamic teachings.
