<p><strong>Ngaos: Jurnal Pendidikan dan Pembelajaran</strong> is a journal published by Perkumpulan Dosen Tarbiyah Islam Indonesia. <strong>Ngaos: Jurnal Pendidikan dan Pembelajaran</strong> is published twice a year (February and Agustus) as a medium for academicians' scientific communication in the study of Islamic Education in Indonesia based on Interdisciplinary Research. Editors invite academicians to contribute their thoughts through research results, in-depth studies, or book reviews by the discipline. The script is original and has not been published in other media. <p>This research aims to increase understanding and acceptance of concepts in Islamic religious learning, create a learning environment that motivates students, and optimize students' cognitive function in learning Islamic religious education. This research method uses a survey method and One Way ANOVA test analysis to see the relationship between student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning through the Brain-Based Learning (BBL) model and the student's school origin. The population of this study was class VIII students at MTs Arrukhshatul 'Ulum, SMP Nurul Huda Syafiiyyah, and SMP Roudlotul Ulum with a sample of 30 students at MTs Arrukhshatul 'Ulum, 29 students at SMP Nurul Huda Syafiiyyah, and 31 students at SMP Roudlotul Ulum for a total of 90 students. In this study, the average scores for student learning outcomes at Arrukhshatul 'Ulum MTs, Nurul Huda Syafiiyyah Middle School, and Roudlotul Ulum Middle School were 63.47, 64.28, 64.77. Meanwhile, the values of the standard deviation are 14,044, 17,169, and 14,585. Based on the ANOVA one way test, there were no differences in student learning outcomes in learning Islamic religious education through the Brain-Based Learning model between students at MTs Arrukhshatul 'Ulum, SMP Nurul Huda Syafiiyyah, and SMP Roudlotul Ulum. So that further research can be carried out using the ANOVA two way test which can classify according to gender and cognitive level of students to find out the inherent conclusions based on inferential statistics.</p>Ibnu Imam Al AyyubiDini IslamiahDzul FitriyahMelinda Astrianti AgustinAulia Rahma

<p>This study examines the implementation of Management Information Systems (MIS) in supporting administrative services at MA Miftahul Ulum Cermenan Ngoro Jombang. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research explores the complexities and dynamics of MIS implementation in an Islamic educational context. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal significant progress in integrating information technology into various aspects of educational management and services, including teaching, administration, and facility management. The madrasah has demonstrated a commitment to improving operational efficiency and educational service quality through technological innovation. However, challenges persist, including gaps between planning and implementation, the need for IT infrastructure development, and human resource capacity building. In the context of Islamic education, MIS implementation opens opportunities to strengthen Islamic values and principles through technology while maintaining the essence of human interaction in education. The study concludes that successful MIS implementation at MA Miftahul Ulum depends on the institution's ability to address existing challenges, maintain focus on core educational objectives, and continuously adapt to evolving technological and educational needs. <p>Enhancing teachers' professional competence is a key factor in improving the quality of education. One effort to achieve this goal is through clinical supervision. Clinical supervision is a systematic and collaborative approach that involves the observation, evaluation, and coaching of teachers' teaching practices. This method aims to help teachers identify their strengths and weaknesses and provide the necessary guidance for continuous improvement. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data were collected through direct observations, in-depth interviews with teachers and supervisors, and the analysis of relevant documents. The research subjects consisted of junior high school teachers who had received clinical supervision for one semester. The data analysis was conducted using triangulation techniques to ensure the validity and reliability of the findings. The results of the study show that clinical supervision has a positive impact on enhancing teachers' professional competence. Teachers who received clinical supervision demonstrated improvements in lesson planning, the implementation of the teaching-learning process, and the evaluation and reflection of learning activities. Moreover, the collaborative relationship between teachers and supervisors also provides additional motivation for teachers to continuously develop their professional skills. <p>This study examines the strategies employed by fiqh teachers to enhance students' religious understanding at MA Raden Rahmat Mojowarno Jombang. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research reveals comprehensive efforts made by fiqh teachers through a combination of classroom learning and extracurricular religious activities. The main strategies include planning and implementing routine religious activities such as congregational Dhuha prayer, Qur'an recitation, and other religious practices. In the classroom, teachers apply varied learning methods including expository, heuristic, and reflective approaches. Despite facing challenges such as time constraints and limited infrastructure, teachers demonstrate creativity in optimizing available resources. The holistic approach implemented encompasses cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects, aiming not only to enhance theoretical understanding but also to shape students' character and behavior in accordance with religious values. This study highlights the importance of collaboration among schools, families, and communities in supporting students' religious education. The research findings indicate that the applied strategies have the potential to address the challenges of religious education in the modern era, yet require continuous evaluation and systemic support for long-term effectiveness.</p>Ahmad Nur KamaliSugiyanto Sugiyanto

<p>This research examines the educative interaction of Islamic Religious Education teachers in shaping students' Muslim personality at SMPN 1 Ngoro Jombang. The background of this research is the importance of educative interaction in the learning process and the formation of students' Muslim personality. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the educative interaction of PAI teachers included seven components: objectives, teaching materials, teaching and learning activities, methods, tools, teaching resources, and evaluation. The formation of students' Muslim personality is focused on four aspects: honesty, responsibility, religion, and courtesy. Effective educative interaction proved to play an important role in shaping students' Muslim personality, although there are still challenges in its implementation. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of the role of PAI teachers in designing and implementing effective educative interactions to shape students' comprehensive Muslim personality, covering spiritual, moral, and social aspects.</p>Khumairoh An NahdliyahDesy Naelasari

<p>This research aims to examine the effectiveness of implementing Islamic educational culture through the One Day One Juz (ODOJ) program at Ar-rohmah Boarding School Malang in increasing students' love for the Al-Qur'an. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach, collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that the ODOJ program has succeeded in strengthening students' relationship with the Al-Qur'an, which is marked by an increase in the quality of reading the Al-Qur'an according to tajwid, increased reading speed, frequency of reciting the Al-Qur'an, and the desire to memorize Al-Qur'an. Koran. Apart from that, there are positive changes in the morals of the students, such as increasing politeness, honesty, responsibility, cooperation, and activeness in congregational prayers as well as academic and non-academic achievements. This research concludes that the application of Islamic educational culture through the ODOJ program at Ar-rohmah Boarding School has succeeded in creating a 'Walking Al-Qur'an' among students, where the values of the Al-Qur'an are internalized in daily behavior.
